Gino`s Pizzeria in Monroe

YUM YUM YUM!!!! Pizza is awesome!!! The only place I have ever had Chicken Francaise slice and it was amazing!!!!! Tell Gino I say hi :) ENJOY!!!! AND>>>>>>they deliver now!!!!!! Calling right now!!!!

I have eaten here since it opened and I never had a problem. But when I went in today I ordered something different, and it was cooked fine but it didn't have the right test to it. When I brought it up to the owners he questioned me as if I was at fault. Asked me what was wrong and what I wanted to do with it. I felt very uncomfortable when he was questioning me. He never apologized or offered me anything different. People always said how rude they were and I always ignored it but not sure if I'm willing to come back.

I wish I could give this business 0 stars it doesn't even deserve one star. The owners are very rude and unprofessional especially his wife. They have zero customer service skills. Why could you open a business if your going to treat your customers like they are bothering you evertime you walk in the door. If you don't want to help your customers just shut down your business and do everyone and yourself a favor. Please save your time and money and go somewhere else! There's so many pizzerias in Monroe and this one is Far by the worst one

Great, thin crispy pizza. The Chicken Marsala pizza was incredible.

The best pizza in Monroe. I have been a loyal customer of Gino's for over 35 years when He had Brother Bruno. Very nice people and very professional. If anyone ever had a problem with Gino and his Wife they are lying probably to promote another Pizzeria. They r running a business, why would they be rude and not serve their customers? Utterly ridicuous. When He retires it will be a very sad day for me and my Family

Clearly the best Pizza ever. The Cheese steak Special and Italian Chicken Hero are family favorites. It's a must try if you haven't already.

It seems like people upstate, do not know what good pizza and heroes taste like. Another orange county crappy pizza place. They should be ashamed of themselves, for trying to pass it off as NYPIZZA!!!!! I'd rather not eat at any of the crappy shops and wait to I go visit my old neighborhood. WELL........BYE!!!!!!
